Garry is a graduate of California State
University, Fresno. He has 24 years
experience in qualified pension plan
administration. He is an Accredited
Pension Administrator (APA) and Member
of the National Institute of Pension
Administrators (NIPA). Garry has served
as President of NIPA, San Joaquin Valley
Chapter, Board Member of NIPA-SJVC and
Curriculum Chair for NIPA APA Exam 1. In
his spare time, he enjoys spending time
with his wife and their three daughters,
and doing volunteer activities. Garry
has been with Hicks since 1997.
