Kelley has been with Hicks Pension
Services for over 7 years as the
Document Administrator. She provides
clients with the necessary qualified
Retirement Plan Documents and any
applicable Documents needed for IRS
compliance. In addition, Kelley is the
foremost person responsible for new
client relations. Using her extensive
background in Customer Service, she
helps our clients learn our policies and
procedures as well as ease the
transition for our clients who are
moving over from other providers. Kelley
enjoys learning new applications and
currently is being trained on providing
Pension proposals as well as Marketing
Assistance to our prospective clients.
Kelley is a connoisseur of fine books
and enjoys cooking.
